We use many of these services to collaborate as a team internally as well as to manage projects with our clients. These services help us spend less time managing documents and data and more time on building creative, valuable solutions.

Project Management:

We use Basecamp to manage all our projects. From sharing messages and files to tasks and milestones it helps to keep things simple and clear. With the deliverables and time-lines mapped out for us and the client we can get to work developing creative solutions.

Another problem is finding meeting times. It can take 3 people 30 emails to work out when we can all meet. TimeBridge helps with that. It works with your calendar and the people you are trying to meet with to work out the best time for you. Easy. Simple. Great!

Document Collaboration:

If you work with a group of people to develop documents you know what a headache it can be managing all the comments, questions and the inevitable 5 different versions of each file. Online Invoicing and Time Tracking:

Freshbooks runs the billing department. From tracking time and expenses to creating our estimates and invoices Freshbooks helps us to keep our time on ‘work’ rather then ‘administration’. At the same time we end up with great data at the end of the month to review and act upon.

We also use Pulse for cash flow and budgeting.

Surveys and Quizzes:

We use Survey Gizmo a lot. From the request a quote form out on this site, to quizzes we develop for our online training programs to surveys for our clients we can quickly and effectively deploy the best solutions possible.

Your Next Phone System:

We don’t all work in one office. We move around. But we are always able to be in touch with our clients. We have one phone number with extensions that forward to our individual land-lines and cell phones. That we you can always get in touch with us but we don’t always need to be ‘in the office’.
