We use Basecamp to manage all our projects. From sharing messages and files to tasks and milestones it helps to keep things simple and clear. With the deliverables and time-lines mapped out for us and the client we can get to work developing creative solutions.
Another problem is finding meeting times. It can take 3 people 30 emails to work out when we can all meet. TimeBridge helps with that. It works with your calendar and the people you are trying to meet with to work out the best time for you. Easy. Simple. Great!
If you work with a group of people to develop documents you know what a headache it can be managing all the comments, questions and the inevitable 5 different versions of each file. Freshbooks runs the billing department. From tracking time and expenses to creating our estimates and invoices Freshbooks helps us to keep our time on ‘work’ rather then ‘administration’. At the same time we end up with great data at the end of the month to review and act upon.
We also use Pulse for cash flow and budgeting.
We use Survey Gizmo a lot. From the request a quote form out on this site, to quizzes we develop for our online training programs to surveys for our clients we can quickly and effectively deploy the best solutions possible.
